Kiyoko

We get literally 100’s of calls each year for ‘matrimonial’ pictures and usually have to decline them all. One of the biggest constraints is the extremely low budgets that people have for such shoots. The other is their expectations – those extremely traditional, archaic, coy looking photographs against all kinds of backgrounds in a studio ! Not our style!

But every now and then something different comes along. Something interesting, that we can’t say no to.

Kiyoko is originally from Tokyo and has been living and working in India since the last 5 years. She’s 52 (yeah, would you believe it! ), still single and looking for love. So when a friend offered to introduce her to someone who she thought would be really good for her, she readily agreed. The only speed bump… the person she was being introduced to was overseas. And so Kiyoko’s friend asked her to send some photographs of herself. Not too happy with the photographs that she had, she contacted us. And thus this shoot came to be !
