Not only do you need to find and co-ordinate with several different service providers such as photographers, decorators, make-up artists, caterers, venue management and more, but you also often need to ensure a degree of co-ordination among them. For example, will the lighting done by the decorator be ok for the photographers? Will the photographers co-ordinate with the event manager to ensure a smooth event flow and best coverage? Will the make-up artist be ok with the photographers when shooting the bridal-make-up shots? Will the venue management facilitate the requirements of the caterer? etc.

Thankfully when you work out of a location long enough, you form a camaraderie with certain other artists and professionals from the industry as you work with them time and again. A certain rapport and co-ordination gets established in these relationships, making life a litle easier for mutual clients.
